After a delightful summer sojourn to Cape Cod, Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla are set to bring the essence of the East Coast back to Las Vegas.
On Tuesday, September 23, Honey Salt will host its annual Cape Cod Farm Table Dinner, showcasing the duo's cherished New England recipes.
The evening commences with Chef Kim's signature sangria, accompanied by starters such as Parker House rolls with whipped honey butter, farm fresh vegetables, and a classic Brewster lobster roll.
Mid course offerings include bacon wrapped scallops and Clammer Dave's renowned stuffed quahog clams.
The main course features a New England seafood bake brimming with lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp, and sausage.
Conclude the meal with a decadent mixed berry pie and warm Cape style spiced donuts filled with beach plum jelly, affectionately known as a "dirt bomb."
Enhance your dining experience with optional wine pairings from Stags' Leap Winery, thoughtfully selected for each course.
